via Frank 151: Pro-skater Chad Muska was recently busted tagging the side of a building in LA. Despite the unflattering footage, Chad is actually the designer of one of the most successful footwear models of all time (Supra Skytop) and co-owner of Factory 413. Still, corporate success can't quite calm the rebel, who was filmed dropping some unpalatable language. Frank 151 caught up w/ him to find out what really went on.
